Circular to the Industry on the MFSA’s FinTech Adoption Study – Submission Final Reminder
Authorised Persons within the scope of the FinTech Adoption Study must submit their response by Wednesday, 31 August 2022 COB, unless they are currently surrendering their Authorisation or qualify as third-party managed Collective Investment Undertakings. Compliance Officers and contact persons who have not received the questionnaire or face difficulties completing it must contact the Authority at fintech@mfsa.mt.
