NOTA Clarificatory Note to the Agreement for the Disincorporation from the Public Domain Regime of the Federation of the Federal Real Estate with an Area of 1,721

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which says: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

Clarification Note to the Agreement for the Disincorporation from the Public Domain Regime of the Federation of the Federal Real Estate with an area of 1,721.98 square meters, named Urban Development Tabasco 2000, located at Municipal Circuit number 106, Interior 1, Tabasco 2000 Neighborhood, Villahermosa, Postal Code 86035, Center Municipality, Tabasco State, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 27-4345-5 and authorizing its alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding.

VÍCTOR JULIÁN MARTÍNEZ BOLAÑOS, President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, Decentralized Administrative Body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, based on what is provided by articles 1, 2 fraction I, 17, 26 and 31 fractions XXIX and XXX, of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2 fractions II, IV and VII, 3 fraction III, 4 paragraphs first and second, 6 fraction XXI, 11 fraction I, 28 fraction I, 29 fractions I, II and VI, 84 fractions I and VI, 85, 88, 95 and 101 fraction VI, of the General Law of National Assets; 1, 4, section G, fraction V, 48 and 49, of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and; 1, 3 fraction X, 4 fraction I, subsection a) and 6 fraction XXXIII, of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; and

CONSIDERING

FIRST.- That on May 17, 2024, the Agreement dated May 7, 2024, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, by which the federal real estate with an area of 1,721.98 square meters, named Urban Development Tabasco 2000, located at Municipal Circuit number 106, Interior 1, Tabasco 2000 Neighborhood, Villahermosa, Postal Code 86035, Center Municipality, Tabasco State, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 27- 4345-5, is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and its alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding is authorized.

SECOND.- In virtue thereof, it is necessary to correct Agreement number AD-004-2024, dated May 7, 2024, through a clarification note because the cited instrument states:

AGREEMENT by which the federal real estate with an area of 1,721.98 square meters, named Urban Development Tabasco 2000, located at Municipal Circuit number 106, Interior 1, Tabasco 2000 Neighborhood, Villahermosa, Postal Code 86035, Center Municipality, Tabasco State, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 27-4345-5, is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and its alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding is authorized.

AGREEMENT

FIRST.- It is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and the alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding is authorized, the federal real estate with an area of 1,721.98 square meters, named "Urban Development Tabasco 2000", located at Municipal Circuit number 106, Interior 1, Tabasco 2000 Neighborhood, Villahermosa Locality, Postal Code 86035, Center Municipality, Tabasco State, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 27-4345-5.

SECOND.- The sale price will be covered by the acquirer in a single payment and may not be lower than that determined for such effect by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, through the respective appraisal. If after the public bidding the said real estate has not been alienated, the provisions of article 85 of the General Law of National Assets shall apply.

It should state:

AGREEMENT

FIRST.- It is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and the alienation for valuable consideration through direct award to public entities or institutions or alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding is authorized, the federal real estate with an area of 1,721.98 square meters, named Urban Development Tabasco 2000, located at Municipal Circuit number 106, Interior 1, Tabasco 2000 Neighborhood, Villahermosa Locality, Postal Code 86035, Center Municipality, Tabasco State, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 27-4345-5.

SECOND.- For its alienation for valuable consideration through direct award to public entities or institutions or alienation for valuable consideration through public bidding, the sale price will be covered by the acquirer in a single payment and may not be lower than that determined for such effect by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, through the respective appraisal. In the case of public bidding, if the said real estate has not been alienated, the provisions of article 85 of the General Law of National Assets shall apply.

TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

UNIQUE.- This Clarification Note will enter into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
