Clarification Note to the Agreement Disincorporating Federal Property in Tabasco and Authorizing Its Sale
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets corrects Agreement AD-004-2024 regarding the federal property known as Desarrollo Urbano Tabasco 2000. The amendment authorizes the sale of this 1,721.98 square meter property through direct award to public entities or via public bidding, whereas the original text only permitted public bidding. The sale price must be paid in a single installment and cannot be lower than the value determined by the Institute.
