NOTA Clarifying Note on the Agreement by which it is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and the contribution is authorized free of charge to the assets of the subsidiary productive company of the Federal Electricity Commission CFE Distribution

NOTA Clarifying Note on the Agreement by which it is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the

Federation and the contribution is authorized free of charge to the assets of the subsidiary productive

company of the Federal Electricity Commission CFE Distribution, of the federal property with

surface of 78.75 m 2 named "VHF Antenna Booth CERO Volcán de Luz y Fuerza", located in

known address in the Town of Loma Encantada, Municipality of La Paz, in the State of Mexico,

with the Federal Real Estate Registry number 15-14083-0.

VÍCTOR JULIÁN MARTÍNEZ BOLAÑOS, President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National

Assets, Decentralized Administrative Body of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, with

basis in what is provided for in articles 1, 2 fraction I, 17, 26, 31 fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic

Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2 fractions II, IV and VII, 3 fraction III, 4 paragraphs first and

second, 6 fraction XXI, 11 fraction I, 13, 28 fraction I, 29 fractions I, II and VI, 84 fraction VI, 95, 99

fraction

III and 101 fraction VI of the General Law of National Assets; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49

of the

Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit; and 1, 3 fractions IX and X, 4 fraction I,

subparagraph a) and 6 fractions XXVI and XXXIII of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of

C O N S I D E R I N G

FIRST.- That on April 19, 2018, the

Agreement

of March 27, 2018, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, by which it is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and

the contribution is authorized free of charge to the assets of the subsidiary productive company

of the Federal

Electricity Commission CFE Distribution, of the federal property with surface of 78.75 m 2 named

"VHF Antenna Booth CERO Volcán de Luz y Fuerza", located in known address in the Town of Loma

Encantada, Municipality of La Paz, in the State of Mexico, with the Federal Real Estate Registry number 15- 14083-0.

SECOND.- The correction to the Agreement of March 27, 2018, is warranted, through a note

clarifying, in that the cited instrument says:

AGREEMENT by which it is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation

and the contribution is authorized free of charge to the assets of the subsidiary productive company

of the Federal Electricity Commission CFE Distribution, of the federal property

with surface of 78.75 m² named "VHF Antenna Booth CERO Volcán de

Municipality of La Paz, in the State of Mexico, with the Federal Real Estate Registry

number 15-14083-0.

FIRST.- That among the assets subject to the public domain regime of the Federation,

the property with surface of 6,668.72 m² named "VHF Antenna Booth

CERO Volcán de Luz y Fuerza", located in known address, in the Town of Loma

Encantada, Municipality of La Paz, in the State of Mexico, identified in the Inventory of the

Federal and Paraestatal Real Estate Information System with the Federal Real Estate Registry

number 15-14083-0.

It should say:

AGREEMENT by which it is disincorporated from the public domain regime of the Federation and

the contribution is authorized free of charge to the assets of the subsidiary productive company of the

Federal Electricity Commission CFE Distribution, of the federal property with surface of 78.74 m 2

FIRST.- That among the assets subject to the public domain regime of the Federation, it

is the property with surface of 78.74 m 2 named "VHF Antenna Booth CERO Volcán de Luz y

Fuerza", located in known address, in the Town of Loma Encantada, Municipality of La Paz, in the State

of Mexico, identified in the Inventory of the Federal and Paraestatal Real Estate Information System with the

Federal Real Estate Registry number 15-14083-0.

ONLY.- This Clarifying Note will enter into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official

Gazette of the Federation.
