Clarifying Note on the Agreement to Disincorporate from the Federal Public Domain and Authorize Gratuitous Contribution to CFE Distribución
This Clarifying Note corrects an error in the Agreement dated March 27, 2018, by updating the surface area of the federal property known as "Caseta Antenas VHF CERO Volcán de Luz y Fuerza" from 6,668.72 square meters to 78.74 square meters. The correction applies to the property located in Loma Encantada, La Paz, State of Mexico, with Federal Real Estate Registry number 15-14083-0, which is being transferred to the patrimony of CFE Distribución. The note entered into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on September 3, 2024.
