SECOND.

The Organic Statute of Financiera para el Bienestar published

in the Official Gazette of the Federation on

April 17, 2024 is repealed.

IT SHOULD READ:

SECOND.

The Organic Statute of Financiera para el Bienestar published

in the Official Gazette of the Federation on

April 17, 2024 is repealed,

except for the powers of the

Directorate of the Telecommunications Network

and Mexsat, which will continue to be exercised by said

administrative unit in terms of

Article 17 and the Sixth

Transitory Article of said statute,

until such time as the conditions

stipulated in the

Transitory Articles

SECOND,

FOURTH,

FIFTH,

SEVENTH and

EIGHTH of the

DECREE by which

various articles of the Decree by which

the decentralized organization known as

Financiera para el Bienestar, formerly

National Telegraphs, is reformed, added to and repealed,

published in the Official Gazette of the Federation

on April 1, 2025 are fulfilled.

TRANSITORY ONLY.-

This clarifying note will enter into force on the next

business day following its publication in the

Official Gazette of the Federation.
