Clarifying Note to the Second Transitory Article of the Organic Statute of Financiera para el Bienestar, published on June 4, 2025
This clarifying note corrects the Second Transitory Article of the Organic Statute of Financiera para el Bienestar, which was published on June 4, 2025. The correction specifies that the abrogation of the previous statute (published April 17, 2024) does not apply to the powers of the Directorate of the Telecommunications Network and Mexsat. These powers remain exercised by that administrative unit under Articles 17 and the Sixth Transitory Article of the former statute until the conditions in the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the April 1, 2025 Decree are fulfilled. The note enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
