Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/988 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 on Solvency II
The European Commission corrects translation errors in the German and Danish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 on Solvency II. The German version is amended to fix errors in Article 18(5), Article 116(3)(d)(ii), and Article 147(3)(d)(ii) that altered the intended meaning. The Danish version is corrected for errors in Article 209(3)(h) and (i) that rendered provisions opposite to their intended meaning. This regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
