Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2402 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1018
The European Commission corrects an error in Article 6(2), point (g)(iii) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1018 within the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, and Swedish language versions. This correction addresses the specific information that market operators must notify under the provision. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
