Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/313 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070 regarding benchmark portfolios and reporting templates
The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/313 to amend the implementing technical standards established by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070. This regulation updates the benchmark portfolios, reporting templates, and reporting instructions applicable to the reporting required under Article 78(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU. The changes apply to entities subject to the reporting obligations defined in the amended standards.
