Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/313 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070 regarding benchmark portfolios and reporting templates

The European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/313 to amend the implementing technical standards established by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2070.
