Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/889 correcting the Dutch language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2866
The European Commission corrects an error in Article 1(3), point (b), of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2866 within its Dutch language version. This correction addresses the circumstances under which the regulation does not apply to certain manufacturers regarding in-service verification of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption. The regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
