- in page 27, in Regulation 6, the numbering of sub-regulation (3) shall be read as sub-regulation (2).
- in page 28, in Regulation 10, the numbering of sub-regulation (5) shall be read as sub-regulation (4).
- in page 39, in Schedule I, Form A, Part-I, Item 5, the numbering of sub-items 5.8, 5.9 and 5.10 shall be read as 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 respectively.
- in page 43, in Schedule III, clause 31, the numbering of sub-clause d, e and f shall be read as a, b and c respectively.
