Decision 1836/QD-BTC on the Publication of Administrative Procedures in the Securities Sector
On August 5, 2013, the Minister of Finance issued Decision 1836/QD-BTC to publish seventeen administrative procedures within the state management scope of the Ministry of Finance. This decision includes four new procedures and thirteen modified, supplemented, or replaced procedures that supersede those previously established in Decisions 2854/QD-BTC and 1905/QD-UBCK. The decision took effect immediately from the date of signing.
On August 5, 2013, the Minister of the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 1836/QD-BTC publishing seventeen (17) administrative procedures in the securities sector within the scope of state management functions of the Ministry of Finance, including:

Four (04) new administrative procedures (Appendix 1 attached).

Thirteen (13) administrative procedures modified, supplemented, or replacing administrative procedures previously published in Decision No. 2854/QD-BTC dated November 9, 2012, and Decision No. 1905/QD-UBCK dated August 10, 2009, of the Ministry of Finance in the securities sector (Appendix 2 attached).
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
