On September 22, 2014, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 714/QĐ-UBCK guiding the implementation of Circular No. 67/2014/TT-BTC dated May 21, 2014, by the Minister of the Ministry of Finance, which stipulates the collection rates, collection, payment, management, and utilization procedures for fees and levies in the securities sector applied at the State Securities Commission, with the following content:

  • Individuals and organizations shall pay fees and levies according to the rates, types, calculation methods, and timeframes stipulated in Circular No. 67/2014/TT-BTC dated May 21, 2014, by the Minister of the Ministry of Finance on the collection rates, collection, payment, management, and utilization procedures for fees and levies in the securities sector applied at the State Securities Commission.

  • Individuals and organizations shall pay fees and levies in cash (VND) through the SSC's Financial Management Department or via bank transfer to the SSC's account as follows:

  • Account Name: State Securities Commission Office
  • Account Number: 3511.1.1059481
  • At: State Treasury of Hanoi City.
  • Responsibilities of relevant units, organizations, individuals, and reporting regime:
  1. Stock exchanges and depository centers are responsible for fully paying supervision fees to the SSC and reporting data as the basis for payment, and the paid fees no later than the 30th day of the first month of the following quarter (according to the attached reporting template).

  2. Functional units under the SSC (Business Management Department, Fund Management Department, Issuance Management Department, Financial Management Department) are responsible for guiding organizations and individuals directly managed by them to fully pay all relevant fees and levies in accordance with regulations.

  3. Fee and levy payers shall report to the SSC any difficulties encountered during implementation for timely resolution.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
