Decision 803/QD-BTC on Promulgating New and Amended Administrative Procedures in Securities

On May 28, 2018, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 803/QD-BTC on promulgating newly issued and amended administrative procedures in the field of securities within the functional management scope of the Ministry of Finance; specifically, it promulgates 101 administrative procedures; as follows:

Promulgation of 01 newly issued administrative procedure;

Amendment of 98 administrative procedures at item numbers from 4 to 18, 30, 32, from 34 to 37, 39, 41, 43, 46, 49, 50, from 56 to 61, from 64 to 72, from 74 to 78, from 80 to 85, from 87 to 89, from 91 to 95, from 97 to 100, 102, 104, from 106 to 108, 110, 111, from 113 to 115, from 119 to 124, from 128 to 134, 140, 144 to 146, 149, 150, 155, 157, 158, 160 in Part I (Administrative procedures implemented at the State Securities Commission) of the List of administrative procedures attached to Decision No. 2002/QD-BTC dated September 20, 2016, of the Minister of Finance on promulgating standardized administrative procedures in the field of securities within the resolution authority of the Ministry of Finance;

Amendment of 02 administrative procedures at item numbers 1, 2 in Part I of the List of administrative procedures attached to Decision No. 2515/QD-BTC dated November 24, 2016, of the Minister of Finance on promulgating procedures for offering and trading guaranteed warrants within the state management functions of the Ministry of Finance.

The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
