Decision Amending the Decision on Core Elements of the Payment Orders for Executing National Payment Transactions Through Transaction Accounts

Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 item 3 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 6/13, 70/17, 125/23) and Article 66 of the Payment System Law (OGM 62/13, 111/22, 15/25, 140/25, 103/26), the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro, at its meeting held on 17 July 2026, passed the following DECISION AMENDING THE DECISION ON CORE ELEMENTS OF THE PAYMENT ORDERS FOR EXECUTING NATIONAL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS THROUGH TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS Article 1 In the Decision on Core Elements of the Payment Orders for Executing National Payment Transactions Via Transaction Accounts (OGM 48/14), in Annex 2, the column under no. 14 shall be amended to read: “ “ Article 2 This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”.
