Decision Amending the Decision on Core Elements of the Payment Orders for Executing National Payment Transactions Through Transaction Accounts
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro amends Annex 2 of the Decision on Core Elements of the Payment Orders for Executing National Payment Transactions Via Transaction Accounts by updating the content of column no. 14. The revised text defines the urgency indicator as identifying transfers processed through the instant credit transfer system, specifying that it is optionally populated by the payer and entered for the payee only upon request for RTGS execution. This Decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
