Decision No. 127/2008/QD-BTC on Issuing the Regulations on Securities Transaction Supervision on the Securities Market
The Ministry of Finance issues Decision No. 127/2008/QD-BTC to promulgate the Regulations on Securities Transaction Supervision on the Securities Market. This decision establishes the regulatory framework for supervising securities transactions and becomes effective 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Head of the Ministry's Office, relevant Ministry units, and directors of major securities centers are responsible for implementing this decision.

MINISTER OF FINANCE Pursuant to the Securities Law No. 70/2006/QH11 passed by the National Assembly on June 29, 2006; Pursuant to Government Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008, specifying the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance; Pursuant to Prime Minister's Decision No. 63/2007/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2007, on specifying the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Securities Commission under the Ministry of Finance; At the request of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, DECIDES: Article 1. To issue together with this Decision the Regulations on Securities Transaction Supervision on the Securities Market. Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Article 3. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Finance, the General Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center, the Director of the Hanoi Securities Trading Center, the Director of the Securities Depository Center, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
