Decision No. 1571/QD-BTC on the Publication of Administrative Procedures for Securities Transaction Registration
The Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 1571/QD-BTC on August 19, 2019, to publish revised administrative procedures for registering securities transactions on the trading system for unlisted securities under its jurisdiction. This decision amends two specific administrative procedures listed in items 1 and 2 of Section B of the catalog attached to Decision No. 2002/QD-BTC. The amended procedures, which are implemented at the Vietnam Securities Depository and the Central Securities Depository, became effective on August 19, 2019.
On August 19, 2019, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 1571/QD-BTC on the publication of administrative procedures amended and supplemented regarding securities transaction registration on the trading system for unlisted securities under the management authority of the Ministry of Finance.
Decision No. 1571/QD-BTC takes effect from August 19, 2019, amending and supplementing two (02) administrative procedures at item numbers 1 and 2 in Section B (administrative procedures implemented at the Stock Exchange, Vietnam Central Securities Depository) of Part I of the Catalog of Administrative Procedures attached to Decision No. 2002/QD-BTC dated September 20, 2016, of the Minister of Finance on the publication of standardized administrative procedures in the securities sector under the resolution authority of the Ministry of Finance.
