Decision No. 458/QĐ-UBCK on Issuing Regulations for Using the Securities and Exchange Commission's Fund Management Company and Fund Database System
The State Securities Commission issued Decision No. 458/QĐ-UBCK on July 15, 2021, to establish regulations for using its fund management company and fund database system. This decision became effective on the date of signing and replaced the previous Decision No. 14/QĐ-UBCK dated January 9, 2015. The new regulations govern the operational framework for the database system previously managed under the earlier decision.
On July 15, 2021, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 458/QĐ-UBCK of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on issuing Regulations for using the State Securities Commission's Fund Management Company and Fund Database System.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 14/QĐ-UBCK dated January 9, 2015, of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on issuing Regulations guiding the use of the State Securities Commission's Fund Management Company and Fund Database System.
