Decision No. 8/2 of 11 February 2025 on the Registration of Securities Placed at the Establishment of JSC Apacanal Straseni

the Register of Issuers of Securities of the securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "APĂ-CANAL STRĂȘENI"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "APĂ-CANAL STRĂȘENI" (25.10.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the securities placed at the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 04.02.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the NFC (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "APĂ-CANAL STRĂȘENI" (IDNO 1003600129174, MD-3701, Strășeni city, Mihai Eminescu str. 24) are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in the amount of 951,778 MDL, in the number of 951,778 nominal ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share being 1 MDL and with the identification number MD1001000139, from the account of monetary funds and non-monetary contributions.

This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary request to the NFC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
