Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on determining the tariff of fees for services performed by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Based on Article 7, point b) and Article 70 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 1/97, 29/02, 8/03, 13/03, 14/03, 9/05, 76/06 and 32/07), the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 6th session held on June 25, 2026, adopts the DECISION on amending and supplementing the Decision on determining the tariff of fees for services performed by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina Article 1. (1) In the Decision on determining the tariff of fees for services performed by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 10/21, 53/22, 81/22, 61/23 and 68/24), in the Tariff of Fees which forms an integral part of the Decision, under tariff number 2. – Transactions with banks, tariff item for service 2.1.1. is amended to read: 2.1.1. Purchase and sale of KM and purchase and sale of effective foreign currency 0.02% of the transaction value, minimum 150.00 KM, and maximum 1,000.00 KM Fee for the operational cost of the Central Bank for the service provided (2) Under tariff number 2. – Transactions with banks, tariff item for service 2.3.1. is amended to read: 2.3.1. Deposit and withdrawal via accounts abroad – reserve account in EUR 0.02% of the transaction value, minimum 150.00 KM, and maximum 1,000.00 KM Fee for the operational cost of the Central Bank for the service provided Article 2. (1) Under tariff number 3. – Payment systems, tariff item for service 3.5. is added as follows: 3.5. Performing payment transactions for participants in TIPS Clone 0.15 KM per transaction (2) In the textual part below the table, under the heading "Collection of fees for tariff number 2.", the words "tariff items 3.1., 3.2., 3.3. and 3.4." are replaced by the words "tariff items 3.1., 3.2., 3.3., 3.4. and 3.5.". Article 3. (1) This Decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following its publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH", and shall apply from July 20, 2026. (2) This Decision shall also be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", the "Official Gazette of Republika Srpska" and the "Official Gazette of Brčko District of BiH".
