Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on determining the tariff of fees for services performed by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina amends tariff items 2.1.1 and 2.3.1 to set a fee of 0.02% of the transaction value, with a minimum of 150.00 KM and a maximum of 1,000.00 KM, for foreign currency transactions and EUR reserve account operations. A new tariff item 3.5 is added to charge a flat fee of 0.15 KM per transaction for payment services provided to participants in the TIPS Clone system. These amendments apply to banks and payment system participants and enter into force on the eighth day following publication, with retroactive application from July 20, 2026.
