Decision on Amending the Procedure for Conducting Controlled Services by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission amends the Procedure for Conducting Controlled Services by removing the phrase "deterioration of health" from paragraph 18 of Section III. This amendment is adopted via Decision No. 15/21/4017/K03 dated March 25, 2026, and takes effect simultaneously with that decision, but no earlier than the day following its official publication. The Administrative Activity Management Department is tasked with publishing the decision on the Commission's website, while the Legal Development Department must submit it for state registration with the Ministry of Justice. Compliance with this decision is overseen by Commission member Yu. Shapoval.
NATIONAL SECURITIES AND STOCK MARKET COMMISSION DECISION Kyiv On Amending the Procedure for Conducting Controlled Services by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission In accordance with paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 2, paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 7, Articles 29, 30, 35 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets", with the aim of bringing normative legal acts into compliance with the legislation of Ukraine The National Securities and Stock Market Commission D E C I D E D:
- Amend paragraph 18 of Section III of the Procedure for Conducting Controlled Services by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, approved by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated March 25, 2026 No. 15/21/4017/K03, by deleting the words ", deterioration of health".
- The Administrative Activity Management Department shall ensure the publication of this decision on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
- The Legal Development Department shall ensure the submission of this decision for state registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the manner established by legislation, and upon receipt of notification regarding state registration from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, ensure the publication of this decision on the official website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

This decision shall enter into force simultaneously with the entry into force of the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated March 25, 2026 No. 15/21/4017/K03 "On Approval of the Procedure for Conducting Controlled Services by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission", but no earlier than the day following the day of its official publication. 5. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be entrusted to a member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Yu. Shapoval.
