Decision on Amendments to the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Revoking Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets

The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market amends points 14 and 16 of Section V of the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Revoking Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets by adding the number "81" after "8". The Department of Methodology is tasked with submitting the decision for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, while the Department of Legal Development must publish it on the Commission's official website after registration. The decision enters into force on the day the Law of Ukraine No. 4465-IX of June 3, 2025, comes into effect, but no earlier than the day following its official publication. Control over the execution of this decision is assigned to Commission member I. Baramiya.

NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR SECURITIES AND STOCK MARKET DECISION Kyiv On Amendments to the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Revoking Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets", the Law of Ukraine of June 3, 2025 No. 4465-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Development of Financial Inclusion in Ukraine" and with the aim of bringing regulatory legal acts into compliance with the requirements of legislation

The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market D E C I D E D:

Make amendments to points 14, 16 of Section V of the Procedure for Issuing, Suspending, and Revoking Licenses for Professional Activities in Capital Markets, approved by the decision of the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market of October 21, 2021 No. 982, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 3, 2021 under No. 1563/37185, by adding after the digit "8" the digits ", 81".
The Department of Methodology shall ensure the submission of this decision for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The Department of Legal Development, after state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, shall ensure the publication of this decision on the official website of the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market.
This decision enters into force from the day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 3, 2025 No. 4465-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Development of Financial Inclusion in Ukraine", but no earlier than the day following the day of its official publication.
Control over the execution of this decision shall be vested in a member of the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market I. Baramiya.
