Decision on Authorizing the Reorganization of Foreign Capital Enterprise BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI SA from Joint Stock Company to Limited Liability Company
The National Financial Market Commission authorizes the reorganization of the Foreign Capital Enterprise "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" JSC by transforming it from a joint stock company into a limited liability company. This decision is based on applications submitted in July 2026 and relevant provisions of Moldovan corporate and civil law. The authorization enters into force on the date of adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days.

Following the examination of the application of the Foreign Capital Enterprise "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" JSC (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5413 on June 30, 2026) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on July 8, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 5716),
on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, pct. 9 and pct. 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of a joint stock company (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), pct. 16, pct. 19 and pct. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The reorganization of the Foreign Capital Enterprise "BUSINESS-INVESTITII PENTRU TOTI" JSC (IDNO 1002600006768, MD-2012, Chisinau, 97 Alexandru cel Bun St.) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the appropriate recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
