Decision on Deletion of Securities Issued by ELAT Joint Stock Company from the Register
The National Financial Market Commission deletes 3,397,500 ordinary shares and 113,250 preferred shares previously issued by ELAT Joint Stock Company from the Register of Securities Issuers. This deletion results from the reorganization of the entity by transformation into ELAT Limited Liability Company. The decision enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., Chisinau, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION July 13, 2026 No. 34/3 On the Deletion from the Register of Securities Issuers of Securities Previously Issued by ELAT Joint Stock Company Following the examination of the application of ELAT Limited Liability Company (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5482 on July 1, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Securities Issuers, as well as the accompanying documents, pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraph (1) and paragraph (6) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities previously issued by ELAT Joint Stock Company (IDNO 1003600020455), consisting of 3,397,500 ordinary shares with identification number MD14ATLE1005 and 113,250 preferred shares with identification number MD24ATLE2001, are deleted from the Register of Securities Issuers as a result of reorganization by transformation into ELAT Limited Liability Company.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
