Decision on Deletion of Securities Issued by JSC TRADE AND PRODUCTION GARANT-GRUP from the Register
The National Financial Market Commission deletes the 100 registered ordinary shares of TRADE AND PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY "GARANT-GRUP" (ISIN MD14ARAN1009) from the Register of Issuers of Securities following the company's liquidation. This decision is based on an application submitted by the company's liquidator and takes effect on the date of adoption. The decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the Commission within 30 days of notification.

Following the examination of the application submitted by the liquidator of the TRADE AND PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY "GARANT-GRUP" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5529 on July 2, 2026) regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities, as well as the accompanying documents,
pursuant to Article 8 letter m), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

As a result of liquidation, the securities previously issued by the TRADE AND PRODUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY "GARANT-GRUP" (Unique Registration Code 1002600037023), consisting of 100 registered ordinary shares with the identification number ISIN MD14ARAN1009, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
