Decision on Exemption of Commercial Banks from Payment of Fees for Payment Transactions
The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina exempts commercial banks from paying fees for payment transactions conducted in the giro clearing system and the RTGS system for the period from January 1 to January 31, 2001. This exemption applies in accordance with points 5, sub-point 7, and point 8, line 1 of the Decision on Determining the Fees Tariff of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The decision entered into force on the date of adoption and was published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska.
Pursuant to point 7 of the Decision on Determining the Fees Tariff of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 26/00, 31/00 and Administrative Council No. 2/01), the Administrative Council of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 2nd session held on January 16, 2001, adopts

The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall exempt commercial banks from paying fees for carrying out payment transactions in the giro clearing system and in the RTGS system, for the period from January 1 to January 31, 2001, in accordance with point 5, sub-point 7) and point 8), line 1 of the Decision on Determining the Fees Tariff of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 26/00 and 31/00 and Administrative Council No. 2/01).

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption and shall be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH", the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" and the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska".
