D E C I S I O N

  1. The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall exempt commercial banks from paying fees for carrying out payment transactions in the giro clearing system and in the RTGS system, for the period from January 1 to January 31, 2001, in accordance with point 5, sub-point 7) and point 8), line 1 of the Decision on Determining the Fees Tariff of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 26/00 and 31/00 and Administrative Council No. 2/01).

  2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption and shall be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH", the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" and the "Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska".
