Decision on Registering the Name Change of Joint Stock Company LAFARGE CIMENT (MOLDOVA) to HOLCIM MOLDOVA

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the change of name of the Joint Stock Company "LAFARGE CIMENT (MOLDOVA)" to the Joint Stock Company "HOLCIM MOLDOVA"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "HOLCIM MOLDOVA" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 1896 on March 20, 2026), regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on March 23, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 2019),
On the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 lit. m), Article 18 para. (3), Article 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The change of name of the Joint Stock Company "LAFARGE CIMENT (MOLDOVA)" to the Joint Stock Company "HOLCIM MOLDOVA" (IDNO 1003606006217, MD-5401, Rezina city, Viitorului str. 1) is registered in the Securities Issuers Register, with the change of the ISIN code of the securities from MD14CEMT1002 to MD14HOLC1005.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
