Decision on Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities for FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIDILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR FĂURARUL SA
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 43/7 on September 23, 2024, to register the additional share issuance results of the issuer FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIDILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR FĂURARUL SA. This registration increases the company's social capital to 600,001 MDL through the issuance of 11,237 ordinary shares valued at 213,503 MDL. The decision becomes effective upon adoption and mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's official website.

the Register of Issuers of Securities, related to FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIDILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR “FĂURARUL” SA
Following the examination of the application submitted by FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIDILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR “FĂURARUL” SA (05.09.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 13.09.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 letters m) and o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of FABRICII DE GALANTERIE A INVALIDILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR “FĂURARUL” SA (IDNO 1002600015599, MD-2012, Chisinau city, Mihai Eminescu str. 63), in the amount of 213,503 MDL, in the number of 11,237 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 600,001 MDL, divided into 31,579 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 19 MDL and with the identification number MD14RARU1001.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpp.md).
