Decision on Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of SA RENOvATORUL-BASM
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 56/3 on December 3, 2024, to register additional share emissions for SA RENOvATORUL-BASM. The decision mandates the registration of 70,008 ordinary shares valued at 420,048 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 600,000 MDL. On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to SA "RENOVATORUL-BASM"
Following the examination of the application submitted by SA "RENOVATORUL-BASM" (19.11.2024) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional share issuance, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 28.11.2024,
based on the Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1), Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional share issuance of SA "RENOVATORUL-BASM" (IDNO 1003600124917, MD-2032, Chisinau city, Sarmizegetusa str. 48/9), in the amount of 420,048 MDL, in the number of 70,008 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 MDL, divided into 100,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 6 MDL and with the identification number MD14BASM1008.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
