On the deletion from the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities previously issued by THE PRODUCTION AND TRADE ENTERPRISE “REACTIV” S.A.

Following the examination of application No. 08/06 dated June 16, 2025, submitted by THE PRODUCTION AND TRADE ENTERPRISE “REACTIV” S.A. (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 4747 on June 18, 2025), regarding the deletion of securities from the Register of Issuers of Securities,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies, Article 8 letter m), Article 20 paragraph (1), and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method, and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities previously issued by THE PRODUCTION AND TRADE ENTERPRISE “REACTIV” S.A. (Unique Registration Code 1003600107927), consisting of 2,575 ordinary nominative shares with identification number MD14REAC1008, are deleted from the Register of Issuers of Securities as a result of liquidation.
2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
