Decision on the Registration in the Register of Authorized Persons Pertaining to Limited Liability Company "BARTOL CONSULTING" No. 2315
Having regard to the request of the Limited Liability Company "BARTOL CONSULTING" (registered with the National Financial Commission under No. 2913 on April 18, 2024), submitted in accordance with the Regulation on the registration of qualified persons in the field of share valuation in the Register of Authorized Persons (National Financial Commission Decision No. 411/012014) and the related documents, in the context of reorganization by transformation from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company, under Article 8 letter m) and Article 20 paragraph (1) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, Article 23 paragraph (3) of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Regulation No. 411/012014 on the registration of qualified persons in the field of share valuation in the Register of Authorized Persons, and points 16 and 20 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (National Financial Commission Decision No. 571/112022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:
- The modifications pertaining to the change of legal form from the joint-stock company "BARTOL CONSULTING" to the limited liability company "BARTOL CONSULTING" are registered in the Register of Authorized Persons, with the issuance of the corresponding registration certificate.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a prior request addressed to the National Financial Commission (MD-2012, Chisinau, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published on the official website of the National Financial Commission (www.cnpf.md).
