Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of Joint Stock Company GARANT-AUTO
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 43/3 to officially register the additional share issuance of Joint Stock Company GARANT-AUTO in the Register of Issuers of Securities. This registration involves 36,049 ordinary nominative shares with a total value of 252,343 MDL, funded by monetary assets. Consequently, the company's authorized capital is increased to 821,065 MDL, divided into 117,295 Class I ordinary shares with a nominal value of 7 MDL each.

On the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities, related to the Joint Stock Company “GARANT-AUTO”
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “GARANT-AUTO” (07.08.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 02.09.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “GARANT-AUTO” (IDNO 1003611010441, MD-3801, UTA Gagauzia, Comrat city, Gavriliuca str. 10) are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in the amount of 252,343 MDL, in the number of 36,049 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The authorized capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 821,065 MDL, divided into 117,295 Class I ordinary nominative shares, with a nominal value of one share of 7 MDL and with the identification number MD14GARN1003.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
