Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of Joint Stock Company ATC-JUBILEU-COM
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 50/11 on October 29, 2024, to officially register the additional share issuance results of Joint Stock Company ATC-JUBILEU-COM in the Register of Issuers of Securities. the Register of Issuers of Securities, concerning the Joint Stock Company "ATC-JUBILEU-COM"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "ATC-JUBILEU-COM" (dated 07.10.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related thereto,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 20 paragraph (1), Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, points 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "ATC-JUBILEU-COM" (IDNO 1007606003926, MD-3501, Orhei city, Vasile Mahu str. 87/1), in the amount of 402,043 lei, in the number of 402,043 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 lei, divided into 600,000 ordinary nominative shares of Class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 leu and with the identification number MD14JUBI1001.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpp.md).
