Decision on the Registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of JSC "MOSCOVA"
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 59/3 on December 19, 2024, to register additional ordinary shares issued by JSC "MOSCOVA" in the Register of Issuers of Securities. The decision records the issuance of 2,500,000 shares with a total value of 2,500,000 lei, increasing the company's share capital to 2,968,482 lei. The decision entered into force upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days through a preliminary request to the Commission.

the Register of Issuers of Securities, related to the Joint Stock Company "MOSCOVA"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "MOSCOVA" (04.12.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 09.12.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "MOSCOVA" (IDNO 1003600107857, MD-2068, Chisinau city, Moscova Blvd. 5), in the amount of 2,500,000 lei, in the number of 2,500,000 registered ordinary shares, from the funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 2,968,482 lei, divided into 2,968,482 registered ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 lei and with the identification number MD14OSCO1009.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd. No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnppf.md).
