Decision on the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of JLC Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 10/6 on February 25, 2025, to register securities of JLC Joint Stock Company following an additional share issuance. The decision mandates the registration of 107,071 nominal ordinary shares valued at 5,995,976 MDL, increasing the company's social capital to 74,228,000 MDL. The ruling enters into force upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days through a preliminary request to the Commission.

the Register of Securities Issuers, related to the Joint Stock Company "JLC"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "JLC" (22.01.2025) regarding registration in the Register of Securities Issuers in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 19.02.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "JLC" (IDNO 1002600005059, MD-2032, Chisinau, Sarmizegetusa str. 90), in the amount of 5,995,976 lei, in the number of 107,071 nominal ordinary shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 74,228,000 lei, divided into 1,325,500 nominal ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 56 lei and with the identification number MD14JLCI1001.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
