Decision on the Registration in the Registry of Issuers of Securities for Joint Stock Company FANTAZIA-OC
The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 60/7 on December 24, 2024, to register additional securities for Joint Stock Company FANTAZIA-OC. the Registry of Issuers of Securities, concerning the Joint Stock Company "FANTAZIA-OC"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "FANTAZIA-OC" (dated 21.11.2024) regarding the registration in the Registry of Issuers of Securities of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 05.12.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Registry of Issuers of Securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "FANTAZIA-OC" (IDNO 1003602150617, MD-5601, Rîșcani city, Komarov str. 28) in the amount of 300,000 lei, in the number of 30,000 ordinary registered shares, from the account of creditor debts. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 782,850 lei, divided into 74,769 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14FANT1002, and 3,516 preferred shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD24FANT1000.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77) within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
