Decision on the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of Agroservice din Ungheni JSC

the Securities Issuers Register, concerning the Joint Stock Company "Agroservice din Ungheni"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "Agroservice din Ungheni" (10.03.2025) regarding registration in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 16.04.2025,
under the authority of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "Agroservice din Ungheni" (IDNO 1003609010343, MD-3608, rn. Ungheni, or. Cornești, str. Ștefan cel Mare 112), in the amount of 3,000,000 MDL, in the number of 600,000 nominal ordinary shares, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 5,305,000 MDL, divided into 1,061,000 nominal ordinary shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 5 MDL and with the identification number MD14AGUN1008.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
