Following the examination of the application submitted by COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE "CENTRUL II" S.A. (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5892 on July 13, 2026) regarding registration in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on July 16, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 6018),

Based on Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Articles 8 letters m) and o), Article 18 paragraph (3), Article 20 paragraphs (1) and (6), and Article 22 paragraph (3); Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21; and Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE "CENTRUL II" S.A. (IDNO 1003600103295, MD-2001, Chisinau city, Mitropolit Varlaam str. 63/5), in the amount of 4,000,000 lei, in the number of 4,000,000 ordinary nominative shares, from cash funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 33,000,000 lei, divided into 33,000,000 Class I ordinary nominative shares, with a nominal value of 1 leu per share and with the identification number MD14CENT1001.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
