Decision on the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC PANIFIC

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "PANIFIC" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 8435 on November 21, 2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related to it,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register, according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "PANIFIC" (IDNO 1002600043680, MD-2037, Chisinau, Grădina Botanică 14/3 St.), in the amount of 150,000 MDL, in the number of 150,000 ordinary registered shares, from the account of equity. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 600,104 MDL, divided into 600,104 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD14PANI1003.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
