Decision on the Registration of Securities Issued by ARAGONN GRUP SA in the Securities Issuers Register
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 29/7 on June 16, 2026, to register 3,000,000 new ordinary shares issued by ARAGONN GRUP SA. This issuance, funded by cash contributions, increases the company's share capital from 5,000,000 to 8,000,000 MDL, resulting in a total of 8,000,000 registered shares. The decision was adopted following the review of the company's application and supplementary issuance report submitted in June 2026.

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to the Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company "ARAGONN GRUP" SA
Following the examination of the application of the Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company "ARAGONN GRUP" SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 4640 on 09.06.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 10.06.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 4707),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company "ARAGONN GRUP" SA (IDNO 1024600034947, MD-2004, Chisinau city, Mihai Viteazul str. 4) in the amount of 3,000,000 MDL, in the number of 3,000,000 ordinary registered shares, from cash funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 8,000,000 MDL, divided into 8,000,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD1001000105.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
