The Board of Directors of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) adopted decisions on 17 March 2026 authorizing a capital increase and share restructuring for PRIM-CREDINȚA joint-stock company, deregistering the liquidated FLORĂRIE joint-stock company, and approving a five-year cybercrime prevention agreement with the General Inspectorate of Police. The commission also launched the Effective Annual Rate (EAR) Calculator to improve consumer transparency and organized a specialized training workshop for its staff on crypto-asset regulation and supervision. During the meeting held on 17 March 2026, the Board of Directors of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) adopted a series of decisions concerning consumer protection and the capital market, inter alia:

Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the securities of the joint-stock company “PRIM-CREDINȚA”, relating to the increase of the share capital by 477,090 lei, through the increase of the nominal value of a share from 15 lei to 72 lei, with the restructuring of previous securities issuances from the company's equity. The company's share capital, after the increase and restructuring, will amount to 602,640 lei, divided into 8,370 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 72 lei per share.
Deregistration from the Register of Securities Issuers, upon liquidation, of the securities previously issued by the joint-stock company “FLORĂRIE”, amounting to 7,100 ordinary registered shares.
During the same meeting, the signing of a Collaboration Agreement between the CNPF and the General Inspectorate of Police was approved, to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and facilitate information exchange. The Agreement establishes a joint action mechanism aimed at preventing and combating cybercrime impacting the financial market, in the context of implementing the National Programme for Accession to the European Union 2025-2029. The document entails no additional financial expenditure and will be valid for a period of 5 years.
