DECLARATORIA of Nationalization of the federal real estate property of religious origin, identified with the Federal Real Estate Registry (RFI) 30-26712-8, named Monte de los Olivos

DECLARATION BY WHICH THE NATIONALIZATION OF THE PROPERTY NAMED " MONTE DE LOS OLIVOS " IS FORMALIZED

Located in: Address: Avenida Constitución s/n (second block, fourth quarter) Locality: Barrio de la Reforma (formerly Totonatla) Municipality: Chicontepec State: Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave RFI: 30-26712-8

MTRA. GABRIELA GUERRERO AGUILAR, GENERAL DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION OF FEDERAL REAL ESTATE ASSETS, based on articles 27 fraction II (prior to the reforms of January 28, 1992), in relation to the Seventeenth Transitory Provision of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 2 fraction I, 17, 26 fraction VI and 31 fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 1, 2, 3, 4, 24, 25 and 26 of the Law on Nationalization of Assets, Regulatory of fraction II of Article 27 Constitutional; 2 fraction II, IV, VII, 3 fraction VI, 28 fraction IV, 29 fraction III, 79 fraction II, 83 fraction IV and 101 fraction IX of the General Law of National Assets; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit; 1, 3 fraction IX, 4 fraction I subsection e), 11 fractions I, IV, XV and XVIII of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; Transitory Article Four of the Law on Religious Associations and Public Worship.

CONSIDERING

That the property with Federal Real Estate Registry (RFI) 30-26712-8, named " Monte de los Olivos " , located at Avenida Constitución s/n (second block, fourth quarter), Barrio de la Reforma (formerly Totonatla), Municipality of Chicontepec, State of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, with a total surface area of 520.00 square meters, with the following dimensions and boundaries: to the North in 13.00 meters, bordering Avenida Constitución; to the South in 13.00 meters, bordering private property; to the East in 40.00 meters, bordering private properties; to the West, in 40.00 meters, bordering private property, in use by the Religious Association named " El Concilio Nacional de las Asambleas de Dios " , which is among those covered by Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; in accordance with the records held in the file integrated before the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, attached to the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, Decentralized Administrative Body of the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit.

That the reference file was integrated in accordance with what is established in article 25 of the Law of Nationalization of Assets, Regulatory of Fraction II of Article 27 Constitutional, containing the following documents:

a) Descriptive report where the characteristics of the construction and general description of the property to be nationalized are recorded, which states in its relevant part: " The property has a main access with two glass doors with tubular metal handles to the temple the exterior smooth plastered; the interior of the main hall: has a smooth ceiling with figures and four semi-arches, with tile floors and smooth walls; access corridors to the upper floor of the property with concrete stairs tiled with ceramic tiles and chrome-plated silver tubular railing with glass; the front part of the altar has a platform with concrete stairs tiled with ceramic tiles; children's room with smooth walls, tile floors; kitchen with walls and floors both tiled and smooth ceiling; access corridors to the rooms that form part of the property, with wooden doors with veneer, concrete and tile floors, as well as smooth walls. "

b) The Location Sketch provided by the user Religious Association, which indicates that the property has a total surface area of 520.00 square meters, a built area of 520.00 square meters and an uncovered area of 0 square meters;

c) The estimated appraisal dated October 2022, provided by the user Religious Association;

d) The Inventory of movable assets prepared and provided by the user Religious Association;

e) The notification to the neighbors of the property, carried out through publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on July 24, 2024, as established in fraction II of article 26 of the Law on Nationalization of Assets, Regulatory of Fraction II of Article 27 Constitutional, and once the established term has passed, which expired on August 13 of the same year, no opposition was filed by any interested legitimate party, so the present procedure for formalization of nationalization was carried out;

f) The Certificate of Non-Registration dated August 08, 2022, issued by the Public Registry of Property and Inspection and General Archive of Notaries of the State of Veracruz de Ignacio de the Llave;

g) Certificate issued by the Secretary of the Constitutional City Council of Chicontepec, Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, dated June 03, 2022, stating that the Temple has been operating since 1973.

That, having met the requirements according to the applicable regulations, the following is issued:

DECLARATION

FIRST: The formalization of the Nationalization of the property named " Monte de los Olivos " , located at Avenida Constitución s/n (second block, fourth quarter), Barrio de la Reforma (formerly Totonatla), Municipality of Chicontepec, State of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, with the surface described in consideration 1 of this Declaration, is declared, as it falls within the scope of the cited constitutional provisions and because all and each of the requirements established in the applicable regulations have been satisfied.

SECOND: Publish this Declaration in the Official Journal of the Federation.

THIRD: Register this Declaration in the Federal Public Property Registry and in the Public Property Registry of the corresponding entity.

TRANSITORY

SINGLE: This Declaration shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
