Declaration Formalizing the Nationalization of the Federal Real Estate Property Named Monte de los Olivos
The Director General of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration formally declares the nationalization of the religious property known as Monte de los Olivos, located in Chicontepec, Veracruz. This action transfers ownership of the 520-square-meter site to the federal government under Article 27 of the Constitution and the Law on Nationalization of Assets. The declaration becomes effective the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
