Delisting of 2nd issue, Class I bonds under Offer Program (I) from the Register of Securities Issuers, previously issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA
The National Commission for Financial Markets orders the delisting from the Register of Securities Issuers of 1,383 Class I bonds issued by Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA due to their maturity. These securities, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei and identification number MD1004000029, are removed from the register as a result of the expiration of their term. The decision enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

C140A08/E00397 dated 15.07.2026, registered with the National Commission for Financial Markets (NCFM) under no. 5976 on 15.07.2026), regarding the delisting from the Register of Securities Issuers of bonds from the 2nd issue, Class I, within Offer Program (I), as well as the related documents, pursuant to Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, art. 8 letter m), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, the Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for registering securities (NCFM Decision no. 13/10/2018) and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (NCFM Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:
- The bonds from the 2nd issue, Class I, within Offer Program (I), previously issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778), numbering 1,383 securities, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei and identification number MD1004000029, are delisted from the Register of Securities Issuers, as a result of their maturity.
- This Decision may be challenged by submitting a prior request to the NCFM (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee according to legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NCFM (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
