DFIM Circular Letter No. 02: Office time table of the Finance Companies during the month of Holy Ramadan of Hijri 1446
The Department of Finance Institutions and Markets (DFIM) of the Bangladesh Bank establishes the office schedule for all finance companies operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan of Hijri 1446 (2025). Offices are open from Sunday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, including a break for Zuhr prayer from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM, with Friday and Saturday designated as weekly holidays. The standard office schedule resumes immediately after the conclusion of the Holy Ramadan month.

The office schedule for all Finance Companies operating in Bangladesh during the Holy Ramadan month of Hijri 1446 (2025 AD) is determined as follows:

- The office schedule will return to the pre-Ramadan schedule after the Holy Ramadan month has passed.
- This directive is issued under the powers granted under Section 41(2)(d) of the Finance Companies Act, 2023.
